I was contracted to do a loan signing on Saturday April, 21, 2012 in Santa Cruz for a refinance loan documents. Being a mobile notary I am used to accepting assignments to drive to their home on a beautiful Saturday in Santa Cruz County. In my mind there was nothing different about this assignment as I do many each week except that I received a wonderful email on Monday morning from the escrow officer for Old Republic Title forwarding me the email she received a nice testimonial from the client I serviced.
